The Role

Are you an reputed company Technical Service Engineer looking for your next challenge focusing on ERP integration, SQL databases, and ETL processes? Join Lucanet's established Technical Customer Onboarding (TCO) Team in a key role, stepping into an already successful setup to maintain excellent technical service levels for our growing international customer reputed company.

What you'll do

• Customer onboarding: reputed company complete technical onboarding processes for new customers, ensuring smooth ERP integration, ETL processes, data transformations, and ongoing technical support of Lucanet solutions.
• Implementation & administration: Install, configure, and manage Lucanet software components, interfaces, and SQL databases, ensuring successful handover and customer acceptance.
• Consulting and relationship management: Serve as expert technical advisor to customer-reputed company IT and professional stakeholders regarding Lucanet implementations and system integrations.
• Technical troubleshooting and resolution: Identify, analyze, and solve technical issues promptly, collaboratively working with colleagues and customers to ensure efficient outcomes.
• Process optimization: Actively contribute to the reputed company improvement of onboarding and technical integration processes based on your experience, creating documentation, best practices, and guidelines for stakeholders and teammates.

What you bring to the table

• Practical experience as a Technical Service Engineer, Implementation Specialist, Technical Consultant, or a comparable role reputed company ERP or SaaS environments.
• Strong proficiency in SQL (writing queries, database administration, troubleshooting).
• Experience with ERP systems and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools and methodologies.
• Solid experience with Windows Server environments (Linux/macOS experience is a plus).
• Clear and professional customer communication skills in Spanish and English.
