Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients throughout the cabinetry order process. You'll work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and timely resolution of customer inquiries. Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a timely and professional manner
- Process orders, quotes, and service requests accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with sales team to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded
- Maintain accurate records and updates in Excel Spreadsheets
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Stay up-to-date with product information and order updates to provide informed responses to customer inquiries
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and timely resolution of customer issues
Qualifications
• Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the cabinetry industry
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders
- Problem-Solving and Organizational Skills: Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Bilingual Spanish & English: Bilingual Spanish and English skills are preferred but not required
Additional Information
• Contract to Hire Opportunity: This is a contract-to-hire opportunity, with the potential for permanent employment with arenaflex
- Monday-Friday Schedule: The schedule for this role is Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
