Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering calls in a timely, courteous, and accurate manner, while assessing customer needs and offering solutions and additional products
  • Actively listening to customers, quickly identifying and owning customer issues, and actively searching for solutions to problems
  • Making quality decisions, paying attention to detail, and interacting with a globally diverse group of customers and colleagues
  • Consistently selling travel-related services and promoting credit card vendor partner products
  • Understanding and adhering to all arenaflex and U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) compliance requirements
  • Participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to customers

Essential Qualifications

* High School diploma, GED, or High School Equivalency

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles
  • Consistently makes safety and security, of self and others, the priority
  • New hires are flexible in working PM shifts with 2 consecutive days off, which will likely be offered midweek
  • Digital literacy in navigating web-based applications, emails, instant messaging, and internet searches
  • Demonstrate clear, cheerful, and courteous verbal and written communication using appropriate grammar, tone, and pronunciation
  • Reliable and committed by maintaining excellent attendance, performance, self-motivation, and goal attainment
  • Demonstrates that privacy is a priority when handling personal data

Preferred Qualifications

* One year of experience working in sales or customer service is helpful but not required

  • Spanish language fluency. arenaflex periodically opens internal bilingual positions (with associated pay increase) to current Customer Experience Specialists, so we would like to know if you are potentially eligible and interested in this position
