Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be the face of our organization, providing top-notch support to our reputed company Medicaid members and providers. You'll be responsible for answering inbound calls, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls from reputed company Medicaid members and providers, responding to inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, services, prior authorization requirements, extra benefits, and programs

• Provide accurate and timely information to callers, resolving issues and escalating reputed company cases as needed
• Utilize high-speed internet connectivity with secure service reputed company ethernet cable (Wi-Fi is not permitted)
• Participate in comprehensive training programs to reputed company your skills and knowledge
• Work from home, with occasional visits to our office in Charleston, WV reputed company necessary
• Meet performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals

Required Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred

• Ability to communicate effectively with members and providers orally and in written form
• Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software
• Passion for delivering top-notch customer service
• Ability to work from home and prove to be self-sufficient
• Must commute to the office in Charleston, WV reputed company unable to work from home due to prolonged technical problems
