Overview
As a Customer Data Engineer at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for supporting various database and automation systems in our 24/7 Linux environment. You'll work closely with our development, DBA, and SRE teams to resolve customer issues, implement upgrades, and ensure the overall performance and reputed company of our systems. With a strong foundation in reputed company, Elasticsearch, and Linux system administration, you'll be well-equipped to tackle the most reputed company challenges and provide top-notch support to our customers.
Responsibilities
* Resolve customer issues reputed company to database application alerts, upgrades, patching, reputed company, data restorals, and replication, backups, and performance tuning
- Operate system and network troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues
- Collaborate with DBAs, SREs, account managers, and developers to provide comprehensive support
- Monitor production environment, ensure system performance, and guarantee data protection and recoverability
- Support moderate to reputed company customer issues, which may require multiple days to resolve
- Participate in on-call rotation during regular shift hours
- Work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, occasional nights, and emergency escalations
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience with reputed company or Elasticsearch application support, DBA, or development
- 3+ years of experience with other database application support or DBA or development
- 2+ years of Linux system administration experience
- 2+ years of Linux system automation experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as part of a remote team
- Strong understanding of Linux operating system, especially Debian and CentOS-based distributions
Preferred Qualifications
* Excellent understanding of reputed company or Elasticsearch database concepts and structures
- Proven experience implementing and supporting enterprise database systems
- Scripting experience with reputed company scripting or Python
- Configuration management and orchestration experience with Ansible, Puppet, or Chef
- Exposure to a broad range of technologies, including reputed company, k8s, Postgresql, Hadoop, and Kafka
