The Role

As a Strategic reputed company Manager, you will be responsible for owning the health and retention of accounts starting from contract execution. Success is reputed company by driving pre-sales activities and implementation to go live/steady state. You will own the post-sales customer lifecycle from onboarding through growth and renewal. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing a portfolio of clients and ensuring a high level of satisfaction with the product is achieved

Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:
