Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company reputed company Manager to join reputed company. As a CSM, you'll represent the brand at the most critical moment in the customer journey, leading product implementation and owning the relationship thereafter. You'll be responsible for building deep, lasting relationships with our customers, helping them reputed company their goals, and shaping the product to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities
* reputed company product implementation, including setting up integrations, product configurations, and training customers on how to use our technology
- Help sales teams win by getting new customers to success on their most important metrics quickly
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, communicating regularly through various channels (reputed company, text, in-person, email, etc.)
- Collaborate with marketing teams to bring new customers into our community and help them share their success stories
- Help shape the product by deeply understanding customer needs and identifying opportunities for growth
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in reputed company, account management, or a reputed company field
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with eCommerce or healthcare software is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in reputed company or a reputed company field
- Experience working with voice AI technology or similar innovative solutions
- Knowledge of CRM software and data analysis tools
- Certification in reputed company or a reputed company field (e.g., CSAT, NPS, etc.)
Skills and Competencies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools is a plus

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
* Competitive salary range: $80,000 - $110,000 USD
