Job Description

As a member of the arenaflex team, you will play a critical role in helping our customers by addressing their concerns, providing support, and solving problems. You will be responsible for:

• Helping customers solve problems they encounter while using our products and services
• Recording call information for audit and reporting purposes
• Maintaining and updating customer information as required
• Selling new or improved services to existing customers
• Activating credit cards and resolving reputed company issues

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
