About the Role
As a first-line People Manager in reputed company at arenaflex, you will reputed company a team of reputed company Managers (and/or Associates). At this level, your impact comes through your team: translating company and department goals into team objectives, coaching individuals, and overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure exceptional customer outcomes. This is a highly cross-functional role that partners closely with Sales, Support, Product, and other teams to deliver results.

What You’ll Do
As a Manager, reputed company at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

Who We’re Looking For

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package that includes:
- Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
- Bonus: up to 20% of annual salary
