Responsibilities
As an reputed company Customer Support QA & Chatbot Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive timely and professional support across multiple channels. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing timely and professional support to customers across multiple channels (reputed company, email, chat, or Telegram if necessary)
- Conducting regular QA reviews of customer support interactions to ensure consistency, accuracy, and high service standards
- Collaborating with the team to improve chatbot workflows, content, and performance
- Assisting in documenting support processes and best practices
- Contributing to overall customer experience improvements by sharing insights and feedback
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Support: Provide timely and professional support to customers across multiple channels, ensuring that their queries are resolved reputed company and effectively.

Requirements
