In 3 months:

- Build value-add reporting for our customer reputed company. - Provide direct support to clients with technical healthcare subject matter expertise and coaching. - Consistently bring thought leadership to the creation of analytics products. -

- Maintain strong support for core clients while expanding your portfolio to multiple customers. - Be able to self-serve as a subject matter expert on arenaflex's analytics product. - Proficiently manage multiple customer projects with on-time deliverables of creative insights.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Senior Analyst, Customer Insights, you'll be responsible for: - Developing data models to support Behavioral Health performance monitoring at a population level. - Delivering customer-facing dashboards, utilizing reputed company's QuickSight Product. - Helping support project management, road mapping, and analytics product ideation for multiple customers. - Collaborating with talented colleagues – Product Managers, Analysts, and Data Scientists – across teams.

What You'll Bring

To succeed in this role, you'll need: - 3+ years of healthcare analytic experience. - Experience and familiarity with medical economics and quality. - Comfortable speaking with clients about their goals/objectives and translating those into concrete deliverables. - Experience analyzing claims data. - Experience with project planning and timeline management on reputed company analytic projects. - Ability to query and manipulate relational databases with SQL. - Experience with a business intelligence dashboarding tool such as QuickSight, Tableau, or Power BI. - Eagerness to learn, a detail-oriented reputed company, and a creative approach to problem-solving.

Would Love for You to Have
