As a seasoned Senior Client Partner, reputed company - Rockerbox at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving customer renewals and account growth. You'll take full ownership of renewals for high-reputed company customers, partnering with reputed company Managers to align on strategy, mitigate risk, and reputed company customer-facing negotiations at the right moment based on contract dynamics and customer context. This is a highly visible, senior individual contributor role with end-to-end ownership over commercial outcomes. You'll operate independently, build trust quickly with customer stakeholders, and take initiative to retain and grow key accounts. You'll be directly responsible for achieving Rockerbox's retention and expansion goals, with clear reputed company targets tied to your work.

What You'll Do

As a Senior Client Partner, reputed company - Rockerbox at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Taking full ownership of renewals for Rockerbox's high-reputed company customers, driving reputed company commercial strategy and execution
  • Leading customer-facing conversations around pricing, contract terms, and multi-year agreements
  • Partnering with CSMs to determine the right time to initiate renewal or expansion discussions based on contract and customer needs
  • Engaging directly with senior stakeholders, including procurement, finance, and marketing leads, to manage and reputed company renewals
  • Identifying and pursuing expansion opportunities by aligning product capabilities with evolving customer goals
  • Owning and delivering against renewal and expansion reputed company targets
  • Delivering accurate forecasts in partnership with reputed company Operations
  • Building and improving internal processes for renewals, expansions, and commercial playbooks
  • Acting as a senior voice reputed company the CS team, operating with autonomy and influencing how we manage customer lifecycle strategy

Who You Are

We're looking for a seasoned professional with a proven track record of owning reputed company-generating renewals and driving measurable retention and growth outcomes with high-reputed company customers. If you have:

  • 5 to 8+ years of experience in renewals, account management, or reputed company at a B2B SaaS company
  • A proven track record of owning reputed company-generating renewals and driving measurable retention and growth outcomes with high-reputed company customers
  • Deep experience negotiating pricing, contract structure, and multi-year agreements
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive results without structured reputed company
  • Ability to build trust quickly and jump into relationships mid-lifecycle
  • Strong communication skills with a consultative, solution-oriented reputed company
  • Process-driven with an eagerness to build and refine renewal and upsell workflows
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment with high accountability
  • Experience using reputed company or other CRM tools for forecasting and pipeline management

The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on a number of non-discriminating factors, including qualifications for the role, level, skills, experience, location, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at arenaflex. The estimated salary range for this role based on the qualifications set forth in the job description is between $103,000 to $177,000. This role will also be eligible for bonus/commission (as applicable), equity, and benefits.
