Job Summary

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Clerk (Help Desk Support) to join reputed company. As a key member of our Help Desk Support team, you'll be responsible for receiving and processing customer requests for technical assistance. You'll work closely with our Help Desk technicians to ensure that customers receive exceptional service and support. Key Responsibilities

* Receive and process customer requests for technical assistance reputed company phone, email, or online chat

  • Open and submit customer requests into arenaflex's ticketing system for review by Help Desk technicians
  • Review each open ticket to determine the outcome and update the customer accordingly
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with Help Desk technicians to ensure that customer issues are resolved reputed company and effectively
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and issue resolutions
  • Meet productivity and quality standards, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and support

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a reputed company field (e.g., computer science, business administration) preferred

  • Previous experience in I.T. Help Desk ticketing or online customer service for a technology company or busy online retailer is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
