Key Responsibilities As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Accurately entering data from healthcare provider (HCP), patient, and/or pharmacy interactions into the REMS database systems * Reviewing and verifying documentation to ensure it aligns with REMS program requirements * Escalating discrepancies or incomplete information in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) * Managing multiple channels, requests, or tasks, prioritizing, organizing, and executing them reputed company and effectively * Demonstrating proficient use of technology to reputed company accurate, timely, and compliant documentation as it relates to activities * Ensuring reputed company activities are conducted and properly executed in a manner that is strictly compliant with reputed company MLS, client, and industry mandated rules and regulations * Handling and managing sensitive information and patients' Personal Health Information (PHI) responsibly and reputed company MLS and client compliance parameters * Working and communicating cohesively reputed company a team to identify collaborative opportunities and reputed company process improvement Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A high school diploma or equivalent; an Associate or Bachelor's degree is preferred * 1-3 years of data entry or administrative experience; prior experience in a healthcare, pharmaceutical, or REMS environment is strongly preferred * Familiarity with medical terminology, patient support programs, or REMS is a plus * Demonstrated reputed company competency and ability to independently navigate technology using multiple platforms, computer screens, and other technical components * Ability to quickly learn and accurately retain knowledge in numerous data entry systems * Optimistic, upbeat, and enthusiastic in times of challenge and constant change * Highly adaptable, flexible, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks * Ability to proactively identify potential issues, risks, and implementation concerns * Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, including follow-up tasks * Proficiency with the Internet, including the ability to reputed company searches with the use of multiple screens and browser tabs * Proficient with keyboarding skills with a minimum typing speed of 40 WPM Special Position Requirements * Minimal travel required (less than 1%) * Work is generally sedentary in nature but may require standing and walking for up to 10% of the time * Designated workspace free from noise and other distractions * Dedicated Internet access with at least 100 mbps download speed and 20 mbps upload speed * Ability to set up arenaflex-provided computer equipment and connect it to the Internet reputed company ethernet cable preferred Working Conditions * Work is generally performed reputed company an office environment, with standard office equipment available * Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. Physical Requirements * Must be able to read, write, and communicate fluently in English * Ability to communicate effectively (hear, listen, speak) with or without reasonable accommodations Compensation and Benefits * Anticipated salary range: $21-23/hr * Momentum Life Sciences anticipates that the reputed company salary for this position could range up to $23/hr, and will depend, in part, on the successful candidate's qualifications, including education, experience, and competency for the role * Some roles may include car allowance and eligibility to earn targeted bonus based on company or individual performance Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we're committed to investing in our employees' growth and development.
