Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in Vernon Hills, IL. As a hybrid role, you'll work 3 days onsite and 2 days remote/week, providing exceptional support to our customers reputed company various channels. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Engaging with our sales reps and B2B customers reputed company various methods, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Providing accurate and detailed information about our products, services, pricing, and promotions.
• Assisting customers in order status, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges.
• Troubleshooting and resolving order issues, collaborating with internal teams as needed to ensure swift resolutions.
• Documenting reputed company customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in our system.
• Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and contribute to process improvements.
• Educating customers on product features and usage to maximize their satisfaction and engagement.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 3+ years of call center customer service, sales support, or B2B Account Management experience.
• High School (or equivalent) with some college preferred.
• Strong reputed company skills; reputed company experience preferred.
• Effective communication skills – verbal and written.
• The ability to remain positive and focused under pressure.
• Diplomatic handling of interactions.
