The Role

We're looking for an reputed company Customer Experience Team reputed company who embodies our values of exceptional service, teamwork, and innovation. As a hands-on leader, you'll be responsible for managing our customer service team, personally jumping into support tickets reputed company needed, and ensuring that every customer feels taken care of. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

* 2 to 3 years of experience leading support teams or working in ecommerce support, with a strong understanding of customer service operations and marketplace management
