Job Summary

As a Customer Service & Collections Specialist, you'll work in a fast-paced, team environment, providing exceptional customer service by partnering with borrowers to find solutions to resolve their federal debt. You'll be responsible for making outbound and receiving inbound calls, reviewing accounts daily, updating account information through our collections system, and ensuring compliance with reputed company federal and state laws regarding collection policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
