The People & Culture Specialist will support the People & Culture team by contributing to talent management, development, and engagement programs, while implementing strategies that promote a culture of reputed company learning and growth.

Responsibilities

• Support and progressively take ownership of the weekly corporate new hire onboarding program
• Assist in the design, development, and delivery of training programs reputed company with reputed company’s goals and objectives
• Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, location, and materials preparation
• Gather participant feedback and recommend improvements to continuously enhance programs
• Build relationships across the organization to support a positive employee experience and measurable business impact
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of training on employee performance and organizational outcomes
• Learn and reputed company proficiency in People & Culture technology platforms such as reputed company Onboarding, ChartHop, and Asset Engage
• Support mid-year and year-end performance review process in its entirety
• Research and recommend creative strategies to strengthen culture and employee engagement
• Collaborate with leaders to identify development and engagement opportunities across the organization
• Partner cross-functionally on projects and initiatives that streamline processes and reputed company the People & Culture function
• Stay reputed company on trends, tools, and best practices in people operations

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communication, or a reputed company field preferred, but not required. Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered
• 0-2 years of experience in people operations, HR, recruiting, or a reputed company function
• Strong attention to detail and clear written and verbal communication skills
• Experience supporting or contributing to programs, events, or initiatives in a professional or academic setting
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Comfortable presenting to groups and facilitating conversations in a professional setting
• Proficiency in reputed company Office; comfort working with data and basic reporting is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Genuine curiosity about people and workplace culture, with a strong desire to learn and grow
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or other training platforms is a plus
