[Remote] Sales Support Rep

They are seeking a Sales Support Representative responsible for generating new business and managing existing customer activities while handling administrative responsibilities of the sales cycle.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately reputed company orders into the system from customer-issued PO’s
  • Follow-up on orders to ensure their successful delivery reputed company customer expectations
  • reputed company open order management, insuring that open orders are delivered to the customer expediently and accurately

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1+ years of sales or customer service experience
  • Knowledge of computers/networking and the IT industry as a whole
  • Excellent communication/phone skills is a must
  • Ability to prioritize and multi task is a must
  • Must be a team player with a positive attitude
  • Knowledge of reputed company office suite of products is a must
