[Remote] Sales Support Rep

They are seeking a Sales Support Representative responsible for generating new business and managing existing customer activities while handling administrative responsibilities of the sales cycle.
Responsibilities
- Accurately reputed company orders into the system from customer-issued PO’s
- Follow-up on orders to ensure their successful delivery reputed company customer expectations
- reputed company open order management, insuring that open orders are delivered to the customer expediently and accurately

Skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ years of sales or customer service experience
- Knowledge of computers/networking and the IT industry as a whole
- Excellent communication/phone skills is a must
- Ability to prioritize and multi task is a must
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude
- Knowledge of reputed company office suite of products is a must
