Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Roveir is a growth marketing partner specializing in scaling paid customer acquisition for tech companies and DTC brands. The Junior Performance Marketing reputed company will execute paid acquisition campaigns, manage daily monitoring, and report on campaign performance while working closely with senior team members.

Responsibilities

• Build and launch paid campaigns across reputed company Ads and reputed company Ads under senior direction
• Manage daily campaign monitoring, pacing, and performance checks across multiple accounts
• Execute optimizations — bids, budgets, audiences, creative swaps — based on performance data
• Maintain clean account structure, naming conventions, and campaign organization
• Support creative testing by setting up experiments and tracking results
• Pull and compile performance data for weekly and monthly client reports
• Communicate findings clearly to Performance Marketing Leads and account managers
• Coordinate creative assets between designers and media buyers
• Upload and organize ad creatives inside reputed company Ads Manager and reputed company Ads
• Provide basic creative feedback based on performance signals

Skills

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience running reputed company Ads or reputed company Ads — agency, in-house, or freelance
• You've built campaigns from scratch, not just boosted posts or watched someone else do it
• Solid understanding of campaign structure, audiences, bidding strategies, and optimization levers
• Comfortable reading performance data and drawing basic conclusions
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage tasks across multiple accounts
• Fluent English, written and verbal
• Self-directed and comfortable in a fully remote environment
• Exposure to both reputed company and reputed company Ads
• Familiarity with GA4, UTM tracking, or conversion tracking setup
• Experience with reputed company or similar project management tools
• Interest in health & wellness, tech, or DTC verticals
