[Remote] Commission Support Specialist

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. First Connect Insurance Services is a digital platform providing independent insurance agents access to top US carriers. The Commission Support Specialist serves as the key coordinator between First Connect, insurance carriers, and agents, handling commission-reputed company inquiries and ensuring data reputed company through reputed company review and verification.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for reputed company commission-reputed company questions. You’ll handle phone calls and emails, explaining commissions clearly and professionally
• Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve reputed company commission discrepancies
• Partner with internal team members and external insurance carriers to facilitate the processing of adjustments, missing payments, and account reconciliations
