[Remote] Claims Admin - Large Loss

They are seeking a Claims Admin to support their Large Loss unit, handling administrative tasks and ensuring customer retention through efficient claim processing.
Responsibilities
- Assists adjusters with more reputed company claim handling, analyze documentation and settle basic, straightforward, and routine claims quickly and reputed company
- Participates in or assists in training new or less reputed company employees and demonstrating work processes
- Completes reputed company necessary forms, logs documents into the system, and routes them to the appropriate parties
- Contacts or receives contact from customers or other claim reputed company third parties to obtain and/or provide necessary file information to reputed company with quality and process standards
- Receives, screens and routes incoming calls and other correspondence
- May investigate prior losses and other information on file and orders reports as needed at the direction of adjusters and management
- Retrieves or sends supporting documentation to vendors or others as directed
- Handles claim files (locates/requests files, files documents, reconstructs missing files, moves misfiled documents, sends to others, etc.)
- Performs clerical duties, including data entry, filing documents, email, and calendar management
- Makes and maintains a reputed company with the customer by understanding and meeting their needs
Skills
- Strong data-entry skills
- Prior claim and EPIC experience or an administrative background
- Ability to handle a variety of administrative tasks
- Ability to assist adjusters with more reputed company claim handling
- Ability to analyze documentation and settle basic, straightforward, and routine claims quickly and reputed company
- Ability to participate in or assist in training new or less reputed company employees
- Ability to complete reputed company necessary forms and log documents into the system
