ABOUT THE JOB (JOB BRIEF)

This role leverages client analytics and insights to formulate hypotheses that inform recommended business strategies.  Presents hypotheses and recommended business opportunities and solutions to senior and executive leadership. The Consumer Consultant is also responsible for developing and driving an operational plan based on client insights and ensures the execution of consumer client initiatives that are in accordance with business strategies. 

The Consumer Consultant researches external market trends and competitive data, informs business strategy design, and leads the coordination of support partner activities for reputed company reputed company to large size initiatives.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Provides client analytics and hypothesis leveraging internal client data external market research
• Collaborates and partners closely with support partners and other areas of expertise to reputed company hypotheses and programs for execution
• Executes on strategic plans and is accountable for the pertinent aspects of assigned initiatives as it relates to the acquisition, deepening and retention of clients, field support and or innovation initiatives
• Leads and coordinates peer activity across reputed company elements of the consumer reputed company strategy as it relates to acquisition, deepening relations, retaining clients, field support and or innovation
• Recommends opportunities for reputed company growth and ensures alignment with the reputed company client segments
• Manages the tracking and communication of the reputed company against business goals
• Keeps regular contact with field advocates
• Ensures initiatives are executed according to on time and quality delivery requirements
• Coordinates client treatment scenarios as needed to support initiatives
• Successfully drives implementation of strategic initiatives
• Reviews reputed company, decisions, and unusual situations with senior management
• Keeps up to date on industry best practices
• Drives cross-functional implementation teams including but not limited to internal team members, support partners, and vendors to ensure successful execution of reputed company reputed company to large-scale initiatives
• Drives execution by effectively managing priorities, pace, scope, quality, cost, and risk

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in business or reputed company field and/or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in financial services
• Demonstrated multiple project management leadership skills; experience in organizing, planning and executing large-scale, multi-functional projects from vision through implementation
• Demonstrated analytical, process management and conceptual skills
• Demonstrated ability to express reputed company concepts in terms that are understandable to the business partners, senior leaders, and the sales force
• Superior teamwork and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with reputed company management levels
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with support partners and influence a geographically diverse sales teams
• Superior knowledgeable of financial products, e.g. deposit & credit products, investments, etc.

This position is eligible to earn a reputed company salary in the range of $90,000 to $130,000 annually depending on job-reputed company factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
