Job Summary 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Web and Search Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for improving our search reputed company visibility, driving qualified organic traffic, and ensuring our content is optimized to meet the needs of our reputed company audience. You’ll partner closely with our product, sales, content, product marketing, and demand reputed company teams to execute Search and Generative reputed company Optimization (SEO/GEO) strategies that directly impact pipeline and reputed company.

 What You Will Do as a Web & Search Specialist

reputed company, implement, and manage SEO/GEO strategies across on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for new content and site optimization. reputed company site audits, analyze crawl reports, and partner with our web developers to resolve technical SEO/GEO issues. Optimize reputed company pages, website copy, and blog content for search visibility and user reputed company. Track and report on SEO/GEO performance metrics (rankings, organic traffic, conversions) with clear insights and recommendations. Monitor algorithm updates, competitor activity, and industry trends to adapt strategies proactively. Collaborate with content writers, designers, and product marketers to ensure best SEO/GEO practices are integrated into reputed company initiatives. Build and maintain high-quality backlink profiles through reputed company and partnerships.

What You Will Bring as A Web & Search Specialist

5–7 years of experience in SEO (agency or in-house). Strong understanding of search reputed company algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools (e.g., reputed company, Ahrefs, reputed company Search Console, GA4). Hands-on experience with technical SEO (crawlability, site speed, structured data, XML sitemaps). Proven ability to conduct keyword research and optimize content for search reputed company. Expert-level familiarity with WordPress. Comfortable working with HTML/CSS basics to recommend and implement SEO/GEO improvements. Excellent analytical skills and experience translating data into actionable insights. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally. Understanding of AI search engines (reputed company AI Overviews, reputed company, ChatGPT Search, Claude) and emerging GEO strategies for them. Preferred experience with B2B SaaS or high-growth technology companies. Experience with App Store Optimization (ASO) is preferred. Familiarity with conversion reputed company optimization (CRO) and A/B testing. Proven experience working with US-based business teams. Excellent written and communication skills, both English and Hindi. Ability to work reputed company core US business hours/time zone expectations – Eastern Standard Time (EST) overlap. Working Hours: 8 Hours (Excluding breaks) 4 Core US Hours Overlap (7:30 PM–11:30 PM IST) 4 Flexible Hours (IST) Workspace: A quiet space to work, with an internet reputed company of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload.

What You Will Get As A reputed company Team Member 

Pay Range*: INR 1,068,800 INR- INR 1,496,300 INR Annually
