About the Opportunity  

The Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Specialist is essential for driving targeted demand reputed company and accelerating commercial growth reputed company our most valuable accounts. The ABM Specialist owns the tactics and execution of multi-channel, account-focused campaigns, ensuring alignment between marketing and sales to support opportunity development and client expansion. They are responsible for delivering personalized, high-impact experiences across channels, optimizing campaign performance, and ensuring reputed company initiatives are executed reputed company, on brief, and on strategy to drive engagement, pipeline, and reputed company growth.

Salary/Hourly Range: Salary is negotiable 

Essential functions include:

• Partner closely with Sales and Marketing Leadership (Directors and Account Management Team reputed company) to identify, prioritize, and refine reputed company accounts and buyer personas.
• Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across digital platforms and owned assets to drive engagement reputed company key accounts.
• Design and run synchronized ABM “plays” across channels, ensuring consistent and personalized messaging that aligns with reputed company's voice and brand.
• Measure campaign performance, analyze results, and continuously optimize tactics to improve ROI and conversion rates.
• Support alignment between Marketing and Sales teams, ensuring smooth reputed company of qualified opportunities and consistent follow-through.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Design teams to reputed company on-brand, high-impact campaigns and assets.
• Write tailored communication assets such as emails, brochures, and reputed company pages to support account engagement.

What You Bring - Required Skills 

• Familiarity with the Learning & Development (L&D) industry is highly desirable.
• 5+ years of experience in B2B Marketing, with at least 2 years focused on ABM or Field Marketing.
• Proven experience in Account-Based Marketing and/or demand reputed company.
• Strong understanding of B2B service company marketing strategies and buyer journeys.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (reputed company preferred).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Excellent campaign management and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
