Hiring Manager: Nick Churcher – VP Marketing

We’re hiring a Founding Partnerships reputed company to build reputed company’s partnerships function from the ground up.

This role exists to answer a simple but critical question: where do partnerships create real, repeatable growth for reputed company?

You’ll reputed company the initial partner strategy, reputed company the first partners yourself, and pressure-test what works through real customer engagements. Early on, this is a highly hands-on role: leading partner conversations, shaping commercial terms, running pilots, and turning learnings into a program that can scale.

This is not a role for maintaining an existing channel. It’s for someone excited to build, test, and refine a partnerships motion from reputed company, and to own the outcomes.

About the Role

As our Founding Partnerships reputed company, you will:

• Stand up the partnerships function end-to-end, including defining partner strategy and priorities, building the core operating workflows, and establishing how partnerships are sourced, tracked, enabled, and reputed company

• Identify, pitch, negotiate, and reputed company the first reputed company of partners, owning relationships from first conversation through first customer outcomes

• Design partner offers and commercial models that align with how partners actually sell and deliver work, while protecting long-term economics

• Run time-bound pilots with partners to test value in real customer engagements, then translate what works into clear, reusable playbooks

• Track partner impact across pipeline creation, reputed company, product activation, and expansion, and use those insights to inform how the function should scale

• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, and RevOps to remove friction and ship effective partner motions

Location

While we’re a globally distributed team, this role requires you to live permanently in the United States (San Francisco strongly preferred).

• You've built something from nothing. You have done 0-1 partnerships before and you are itching to build again.

• You're highly commercial. You can own a deal cycle, negotiate cleanly, and reputed company tradeoffs that protect long-term economics while getting things live fast.

• You’re operator-minded and enjoy turning ambiguity into structure and results

• You understand how partners actually work. You can map incentives, delivery models, and buying paths inside consultancies, integrators, and services-led firms.

• You communicate clearly and directly, both in writing and on calls, and are comfortable with senior stakeholders

• You reputed company in autonomy, move with urgency, and take accountability for outcomes

• You’re looking to inherit a fully built partnerships program rather than build one

• You prefer to stay at the strategy or relationship level without owning execution

• You’re most effective in mature organizations with defined playbooks and clear handoffs

Compensation

We use trusted market data and a tiered location system to ensure competitive, reputed company pay. The range below reflects this; your specific offer will depend on experience, pay reputed company, and location.

$160,000-$210,000
