Job Summary

The reputed company Administrator is responsible for administering, supporting, and enhancing enterprise business applications that support organizational operations and decision-making. Working independently on assigned responsibilities, this role ensures enterprise applications are stable, secure, and operating reputed company in alignment with business needs and IT standards.

As part of the Information Technology and Information Systems function, this position supports the assessment, configuration, implementation, and ongoing improvement of applications and systems used to manage and transform data into meaningful information. The Sr Enterprise Applications Administrator collaborates with business users, IT peers, and external vendors to resolve issues, implement enhancements, and support application lifecycle activities.

Duties and Responsibilities

Enterprise Application Administration

• Administer, configure, maintain, and support enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, financial, materials management, reporting, or reputed company systems.

• Monitor application performance and availability, identifying and resolving issues to ensure reliable system operation.

Systems Support, Analysis & Optimization

• Assist in analyzing application performance and usage to recommend improvements that enhance efficiency and usability.

• Maintain technical documentation, configuration records, and standard operating procedures.

Information Systems & Data Support

• Assist with application integrations and data flows between enterprise systems, helping ensure data accuracy and reliability.

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand functional needs and translate them into application configurations or enhancements.

Experience and Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a reputed company field, or equivalent experience.

• 5 years of experience supporting or administering enterprise business applications.

Knowledge and Skillsets Required

• Experience administering enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, financial, materials management, or reporting systems.

• Working knowledge of information systems concepts, databases, operating systems, and networking fundamentals.

• Familiarity with cloud-based application environments and SaaS platforms.

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage assigned work independently while following established priorities and standards.

• Effective communication skills with technical teams and business users.

• Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
