Job description: Working from one of our Family Service Centers in Pennsylvania, the ELD Teacher will manage virtual instructional programs for reputed company with limited English proficiency. The ELD teacher will serve as the classroom teacher for both ELA and ELD standards.? CCA?s program has a certified teacher of both English and ESL that teaches a replacement English class based on proficiency level.
Through use of a Learning Management System, telephone, Internet, and various curriculum tools, the ELD Teacher will consult regularly with content teachers, learning coaches, and reputed company to ensure that each child successfully completes his/her instructional program. The ELD Teacher will administer ESL screening and yearly ESL tests in addition to meeting the requirements of reputed company CCA teachers which include field trips, marketing events, and Great Starts sessions. He/she will work closely with other teachers and district professionals to ensure that the ELD program is successful and operating in compliance with federal and state regulations. The ELD teacher will be responsible for the completion of the following tasks:

- Communicate effectively and in a timely manner with English and non-English speaking parents to reputed company sure their reputed company? needs are being met;
- Collaborate regularly with general and special education teachers and provide support in creating appropriate modifications to the curriculum and instructional strategies to meet each child?s linguistic and developmental levels;
- Document instructional modifications, State Testing Accommodations and other pertinent information to each child?s records reputed company the school?s Learning Management System;
- Maintain certification for and administer WIDA Screener tests throughout the year and communicate with EL specialist for appropriate placement;
- Assist with yearly ACCESS test administration and complete yearly trainings;

- Valid English 7-12 Certificate in Pennsylvania
- Experience in ESL Instruction
- Individuals fluent in Spanish preferred
