The Sales organization collaborates and partners with our sales engineering teams to recommend and design effective and appropriate customer solutions based on reputed company offerings. We are looking to expand reputed company to include additional A-players who are looking to bring simplicity and efficiency to a complicated world. Your Role

• Own regional sales number, reputed company targets and sales projections

• Reports to the VP Regional Sales and will be responsible for building and developing a team

• Works closely with new as well as established channel partners to generate new business opportunities

• Partner with marketing team to ensure effective marketing strategy and channel team on channel strategy

• Ensure timely and accurate reputed company, customer and management reports using in-house systems, evangelizing the use of SFDC for forecasting requirements and prospect tracking

• reputed company, mentor and reputed company reputed company account managers on the team as well as partner closely with System Engineering team

• Work closely with Systems Engineers, Inside Reps, Field Marketing, Professional Services, and Channel Management to ensure reputed company quotas as achieved and exceeded

• Travel up to 50%

 What You Will Bring

• 5+ years of relevant, high-level management experience, of 7 or more direct reports in a fast paced, high-reaching, reputed company-changing sales environment

• Extensive rolodex, with validated experience in interviewing, hiring, and building out high performance sales teams

• Minimum of 7 years in quota carrying sales role with demonstrated achievement

• Confirmed ability to work effectively with and across reputed company levels of business and IT contacts reputed company reputed company large and reputed company organizations

• Extensive experience negotiating large 7 reputed company deals with extremely reputed company terms, conditions, price pressures and considerations

• Self-starter who takes initiative, works with limited direction, and has experience with companies pursuing and undergoing rapid growth

• Highly trusted individual who maintains and expect high standards for self and team

• BA/BS degree or higher

Work Arrangement Remote: This position is primarily remote. There is no specific in-office requirement, however, there may be circumstances where you may be required to come into a local office for a specific purpose, and/or to travel to other locations based on business needs.The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 368,000 and USD $ 552,000 per year.However, reputed company pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
