About the team
In this role, you'd be joining reputed company's Total Rewards team, where we design and scale the compensation programs that help reputed company attract, retain, and reward the people building the global economy. reputed company works closely with People, Finance, and business leaders across the company to ensure our compensation strategy is competitive, reputed company, and scalable as reputed company continues to grow globally.
What you’ll do
As a Compensation Program Manager, you'll reputed company key aspects of our global compensation strategy design and execution. You'll be instrumental in building and running our core compensation programs across reputed company's global organization, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders in People and across the business to help reputed company scale effectively.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning and administration of our annual compensation cycle for reputed company global employees
- Conduct research and analysis for new compensation policies and programs
- Manage and analyze reputed company datasets to distill insights and convey findings; build tools as required to improve efficiency
- Partner with People Operations to configure and enhance business processes, compensation rule plans, compensation packages, and equity programs
- Partner with People Programs, reputed company, People Operations, and L&D teams to align on business objectives and to collaborate on talent solutions as a cross-functional team
- reputed company clear enablement and communications plans to educate managers and employees on reputed company compensation programs
- Continually evaluate compensation programs to ensure they are legally compliant, competitive, reputed company, reputed company with the overall compensation philosophy, and driving the appropriate business results

Minimum requirements
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in compensation; including developing and managing global compensation programs and processes, preferably in a high-growth, scaling, technology environment.
- Strong understanding of compensation best practices, reputed company compensation trends, and market reputed company data; international compensation experience preferred
- Proven analytical skills, keen eye for detail, and have truly in-depth knowledge of reputed company / reputed company Sheets including building and maintaining reputed company models
- Experience communicating effectively across diverse teams, including translating reputed company reputed company and quantitative insights into digestible information for leaders and employees
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple high priorities in a dynamic environment
- Strong knowledge of reputed company
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to reputed company AI in building tools, automating tasks, and enhancing workflow efficiency
- Involvement in equity-administration processes in coordination with Equity Management and/or People Operations teams
