Implementations Manager

The Implementation Manager will be responsible for the implementation of reputed company' products or services for new clients. This role will involve managing reputed company aspects of the implementation process, from initial planning and scoping to final delivery and client onboarding. The ideal Implementations Manager will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and reputed company budget.

• Initiate, organize, and complete the customer onboarding process, collaborating with reputed company Managers and other Implementation Managers as necessary.
• Manage the reputed company from the Sales Team to the reputed company Team, ensuring a smooth transition and exceptional customer experience.
• Conduct online and onsite training sessions for reputed company users, ranging from district office personnel to classroom teachers.
• Monitor customer engagement and utilization to ensure ongoing value in product usage and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Audit customer workflows, streamline processes, and integrate new features or options into existing configurations as needed.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a reputed company field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on implementing software solutions or coordinating technical projects. Education or EdTech experience a plus.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders at reputed company levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve issues and overcome challenges.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders with diverse interests and priorities.
• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with the Mac OS X operating system, various remote work tools (e.g., reputed company Drive, Trello), and interest in educational technology and technology in general.
