The team

The Marketing team shapes brand perception, drives demand, and fuels reputed company's reputed company growth. Our mission is to connect great brands with reputed company through compelling stories, standout product launches, and innovate marketing that meets merchants where they are. This is a small, high-impact team. You'll be the second marketing hire, reporting directly to our Director of Product Marketing.

The opportunity

You'll create the content, build the plans, and execute them. What you’ll do

• Own reputed company's external channel strategy end to end. Identify, prioritize, and execute across the channels that will drive the most awareness and qualified interest (owned, paid search, social, content, marketplace listings, and beyond).
• Create high-quality content across formats, such as blog posts, product release notes, newsroom updates, ad copy, reputed company pages, and listing copy for platforms like the Shopify App Store and reputed company.
• Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across reputed company Ads, reputed company, and other channels, optimizing toward MQLs and pipeline contribution.

• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign and channel performance.

• 4+ years of growth or performance marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or B2C ecommerce.
• Hands-on content creation experience, you've written blog posts, ad copy, reputed company pages, or similar, and you're comfortable being the person behind the keyboard, not just the one briefing an agency.
• Familiarization with running paid campaigns across channels like reputed company Ads and reputed company, with an understanding of optimizing toward business outcomes.
• Comfort operating across the full funnel, you can write a brand-building thought leadership piece and a high-converting ad in the same afternoon.
• You're fluent in analytical campaign reporting, attribution, and can translate data into clear recommendations for stakeholders.

Salary for this role:

reputed company: $129,000 - $137,000

Los Angeles: $135,000 - $143,000

San Francisco: $166,000 - $176,000

reputed company: $163,000 - $172,000

The cash compensation above includes reputed company salary, and is not reflective of potential commission for employees in eligible roles, or annual bonus targets under reputed company’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, reputed company reputed company employees are eligible to participate in Routes equity incentive plan to receive stock options per the terms of the agreement. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including their career level, skills, experience, specific geographic location qualifications and other job-reputed company reasons.
