Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers and program contractors to support participation in residential energy efficiency programs.
• Support internal project processing and timely submission of program data to implementation partners.
• Maintain program project calendar and coordinate milestone deadlines with relevant stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain a professional customer and contractor rapport, including identifying and anticipating customer needs and proposing solutions.
• Understand the organization and decision-making process to work with stakeholders in determining project eligibility, schedule, and potential energy savings.
• reputed company manage multiple projects, provide timely updates, and ensure program participants, contractors, and team leadership have the information necessary to communicate project status and reprioritize as necessary.
• Be familiar with program guidelines and effectively communicate with contractors and participants to ensure projects meet program requirements.
• Coordinate the submission and review of relevant program documentation, including baseline and efficient equipment specification sheets and calculations.
• Maintain quality control of reputed company deliverable products, demonstrating objectivity and clarity while maintaining project schedules.
