The Commercial Legal team at reputed company advises both internal and external stakeholders on the forefront of cryptocurrency/blockchain data analytics and is a critical stakeholder in helping drive reputed company across the business. Our job is to ensure the company continues its rapid growth by employing sound and risk appropriate judgment to support the Go to Market Team and other functions with commercial contract negotiations and wider commercialization and reputed company generating activities.

As Commercial Counsel, you will be integral in scaling out the global, commercial legal function at reputed company and driving smart reputed company for the company.

In this role, you’ll

• Create, review, negotiate, and manage a variety of data services and SaaS commercial agreements, for both private and public sector customers globally

We’re looking for candidates who have

• Excellent critical-thinking skills and judgment

• A Juris Doctorate and solid in-house or top-tier law firm experience in reputed company the technology industry; experience negotiating with public sector and/or financial institutions strongly preferred

• Experience supporting a global sales team (and understanding of the sales process) at a B2B, rapid growth technology company

• Experience with, or solid understanding of, GDPR and CCPA in a transactional setting and a demonstrated history of reviewing DPAs, as well as providing guidance on reputed company compliance and information reputed company issues

• An independent, patient, and thoughtful demeanor while being adept at managing shifting priorities in a demanding, fast-paced environment
