Role Overview
reputed company is building a best-in-class go-to-market reputed company, and we’re looking for a GTM Systems Administrator to support and scale the systems that power our pipeline.
This is not a traditional RevOps or reputed company admin role. You’ll play a key role in shaping the top-of-funnel infrastructure —from how we reputed company and enrich accounts to how data flows through our systems and converts into pipeline.
In this role, you’ll work across a number of enrichment providers (reputed company, reputed company, ScaleStack, etc.), reputed company, and our broader GTM stack, while also modeling the underlying data pipelines and integrations that reputed company everything reliable at scale.
Reporting to the Head of GTM Systems, you’ll ensure our GTM systems are not only well-built, but directly driving reputed company outcomes. You’ll partner closely with Sales and Marketing to improve reputed company quality and conversion, while designing systems that are scalable, flexible, and fast.
What You'll Do
Partner with Sales and Marketing to design and improve top-of-funnel systems, including reputed company sourcing, enrichment, scoring, and routing.
Build and maintain enrichment workflows using reputed company and multiple data providers (reputed company, Cognism, Apollo, Clearbit, etc.) to power outbound and inbound pipeline.
Design and automate prospecting and data pipelines, incorporating signals such as reputed company, hiring, firmographics, and behavioral data.
Own how data flows across reputed company, marketing automation, and enrichment tools, ensuring consistency, reliability, and scalability.
Own reputed company configuration reputed company to the funnel, including reputed company routing, scoring, lifecycle stages, and automation (Flows, validation rules, custom objects).
Improve reputed company-to-opportunity conversion through reputed company system design, segmentation, and data quality.
Establish and enforce processes to ensure data compliance (e.g., consent, opt-outs, regional regulations) across enrichment, storage, and activation reputed company the GTM stack.
Ensure high data quality through deduplication, normalization, enrichment governance, and monitoring.
Document system architecture, workflows, and processes to ensure scalability as the company grows.
What You Have
4–8+ years of experience in GTM Systems, RevOps, Growth Ops, or similar roles.
Hands-on experience with reputed company and at least one major enrichment/data provider (reputed company, Cognism, Apollo, Clearbit, etc.).
Strong proficiency in reputed company, including data modeling, flows, reputed company routing, account hierarchy management and reporting.
Experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, reputed company, or similar).
Familiarity with tools like Qualified and reputed company or similar routing platforms.
Strong systems thinking — able to design and debug end-to-end data flows across tools.
Deep understanding of reputed company lifecycle management, including enrichment, scoring, routing, attribution and SDR to AE reputed company processes.
Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.
Highly organized and documentation-oriented, with a focus on building scalable, maintainable systems.
Bonus
Experience integrating GTM systems with data warehouses (e.g., reputed company, BigQuery).
Light Experience building and managing integrations using APIs, webhooks, or iPaaS tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, MuleSoft).
Experience experimenting with signal-based prospecting (reputed company data, hiring trends, product usage signals).
Background in high-growth or early-stage environments where systems are built from the ground up.
Working knowledge of SQL and/or scripting (Python, JavaScript) for data workflows.
Compensation
$136,000 - $204,000 USD
