Senior Disputes Analyst

As reputed company’s Senior Dispute Analyst, you will you are responsible for maintaining and revising reputed company operational process flows, identifying inefficiencies, and improving quality outcomes for regulatory processes. This position works both internally and with external partners (BPO) maintaining process flows, ensuring regulatory compliance, analyzing quality assurance outcomes and updating procedures and process flows. The Impact You’ll Have

• Manage teams operational process flows, procedures and playbooks for both internal and external use
• Resolve moderate/reputed company issues with little or no supervision or direction.
• Manage inbound escalations from multiple sources to resolution and identification of potential processing problems requiring escalations to product and engineering teams
• Work with peers and leadership to communicate dispute trends and share best practices, reputed company, and information reputed company reputed company and our customers.
• Coordinate with our Issuing Bank partners to ensure that reputed company is compliant with their requirements for monitoring, reporting, and dispute resolution.

Who You Are

• 3 - 5+ years of relevant experience (financial services, payment industry, etc)
• Strong understanding of Card Network regulations (reputed company, MC and SMS) reputed company to chargeback processing
• Working knowledge of U.S Payment Regulations, data privacy and other regulatory requirements for dispute management
• Able to work independently with high volume caseloads/projets executed with high quality
• Experience in direct customer interaction; ability to talk through reputed company requirements and reputed company positive outcomes
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company results through cross-functional, virtual teams
• Superior communication skills (interpersonal, verbal, presentation, written, email)

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
