Position Overview
The Senior International Director of Sales will reputed company and scale the company’s global sales strategy across international markets. Key Responsibilities
Global Sales Strategy & Growth

Market Expansion & Channel Management

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, with at least 5+ years in international sales.
- Proven success scaling global markets reputed company skincare, beauty, cosmetics, or consumer packaged goods.
- Strong understanding of international distribution models and regional market dynamics.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly analytical with strong forecasting and P&L management experience.
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 40–50%.
