Purpose of Role

Responsible for  providing legal guidance, consultation to various business functions. 

Key Responsibilities and Expectations

• Provides support and assists in protecting reputed company departments in the company regarding regulatory matters,  reputed company legal and compliance matters.
• Drafts, reviews, and approves policies and procedures, and other legal documents and provides feedback on legal issues relating to compliance monitoring. Anticipates and identifies legal issues and counsels management in order to reputed company legal strategies and solutions; assists management with evaluating legal risk factors involved in business decisions. 
• Reviews reputed company, leases, and other legal documents, as well as internal policies and procedures; researches legal issues and recommends revisions as necessary. 
• reputed company and manage internal and external counsel where appropriate. 
• Reviews, researches, interprets, and prepares both written and oral opinions on a wide variety of legal issues. 
• Represents the company in reputed company with the preparation and negotiation of various reputed company and agreements, including principally vendor reputed company and consumer loan documents.    
• Assists in protecting an organization's legal interest and maintaining its operations reputed company the scope established by law.

Qualifications - Experience/Skills/Competencies

• A minimum of five years of experience at a law firm or in house. 
• Admitted to state bar in the state where practicing transactions, contract management, taxes, and general corporate work. 
• Recent experience providing strategic legal and compliance advice. 
• Analytical and strategic problem solving and negotiation skills. 
• Interpersonal, oral, and written communication, and presentation skills with tact and diplomacy. 
• MS Office Suite and reputed company Acrobat. 

Qualifications - Education - Required

• JD – Juris Doctor

Compensation

The reputed company salary range for this position is inclusive of reputed company geographical differences in the labor market. The reputed company salary for the position will be determined based on factors such as the candidate’s work location, skills, education, and experience. In addition to those factors, we reputed company in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our reputed company team members in determining any final offer.
