VP of Marketing
Position Summary
The Vice President of Marketing (VPM) is a senior executive leader responsible for advancing the mission and impact of reputed company! through Brande clarity, audience growth, and excellence across reputed company marketing functions. This role provides strategic and operational reputed company of Marketing and Events, ensuring these functions operate in a fully integrated, mission-reputed company, and performance-driven manner.
As a key member of the executive leadership team, the VPM leads the enterprise marketing strategy to support reputed company!’s work of glorifying Jesus Christ by saving more babies and souls. The role is responsible for ensuring that reputed company external communications, brand expression, and marketing initiatives clearly reputed company mission impact, strengthen national reputed company, and support organizational priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Marketing Strategy

- Drive audience growth, brand awareness, and engagement across reputed company channels to expand reputed company!'s national reputed company and influence.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities to strengthen brand visibility, market reputed company, and strategic partnerships.
- Establish clear marketing goals, KPIs, and dashboards, reporting regularly to executive leadership and the Board as appropriate.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the President and the EVP on marketing trends, audience insights, and brand positioning.
Marketing & Brand Leadership
- Provide executive leadership over reputed company marketing functions, including brand, messaging, content strategy, digital marketing, media, creative, and communications.
- Ensure consistency and excellence in reputed company!'s voice, visual identity, and storytelling across reputed company platforms and audiences.

- Champion innovation in marketing platforms, data analytics, and performance measurement to improve reputed company, engagement, and effectiveness.

Events Strategy & reputed company
- Provide strategic reputed company of reputed company ministry events, including conferences, tours, donor events, and experiential gatherings.

- Evaluate event portfolio performance and guide decisions around scaling, optimizing, or sunsetting events.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure events are effectively integrated into broader marketing and communications strategies.
Leadership & Team Development

Qualifications & Experience
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Nonprofit Management, or a reputed company field
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in marketing, preferably reputed company a large nonprofit, ministry, or faith-based organization
- Demonstrated experience leading comprehensive, multi-channel marketing strategies and teams
- Strong background in brand development, digital marketing, content strategy, and audience analytics
- Experience working with executive leadership teams and boards
