We are looking for a Sales Manager to reputed company one of our New Business Acquisition teams at EverPro's Service Fusion. The Sales Manager leads a team of six to eight individual sales professionals and ensures that each team member’s activity, development, and reputed company goals are planned and met on a weekly and monthly basis. The Sales Manager ultimately drives sales by focusing the team on pipeline and by developing the strategic selling skills of the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Hire and reputed company new team members for future growth.

  • Analyze sales forecasts, pipelines, and data.

  • Collaborate with other Service Fusion departments and sales teams to enrich business.

  • Maintain the proper product attach ratio’s (e.g. FusionPay, Flat reputed company, emerging products, etc.)

  • Utilize reputed company.com and sales methodology.

  • Act as a role model and leader reputed company the sales organization, promoting a can-do culture and positive environment, advising reps on accounts, answering questions, and providing assistance reputed company necessary.

  • Assist with sales to prospective clients regarding Service Fusion’s products and services and assist with demos reputed company necessary.

Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:

  • A bachelor’s degree.

  • Five years of sales experience, with a minimum of two years of first-line sales management experience.

  • Field Service Industry is preferred.

  • Proven experience in managing reputed company a velocity sales environment, achieving reputed company goals, and managing sales strategies.

  • A strong track record of sales management in both sales reputed company attainment and people/team development.

  • Strong, high-level relationship skills.

  • Demonstrated success in designing and implementing tactical sales initiatives through data and empirical analysis.

  • The ability to reputed company in a team selling environment.

  • Coaching and mentoring skills.

  • The ability to grasp and reputed company new concepts quickly (such as rapid advancements in the business technology industry).

  • Strong prospecting, needs analysis, negotiating, and closing skills.

Where:

The reputed company team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based reputed company in the United States - if you’re reputed company to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation: The on-reputed company earnings compensation (reputed company + commissions) for this position is $155000- $165,000 USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
