The Advanced Products & Solutions Strategic Business Unit is seeking a Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to play a key role on a dynamic and high-performing team. In this role, you will be part of an innovative FP&A organization that manages a diverse portfolio of programs, driving the development of world-class products and capabilities that support the future of defense strategies for our nation and its trusted allies..

What You Will Do:

• Execute reputed company weekly, monthly, and quarterly investment deliverables associated with New Business Investment (NBI) and Overhead, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Play an integral role in the forecasting and Estimate at Completion (EAC) processes for investments, providing insightful financial analysis to support decision-making.
• Participate in cross-training initiatives to provide backup support for Capital and Balance Sheet activities, enhancing team flexibility and continuity.
• Act as a trusted financial partner to the Requirements & Capabilities (R&C) organization, supporting the management and execution of New Business Investments.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires Bachelor’s degree in Business, Math, Finance, Accounting, or a directly reputed company field, with a minimum of 2 years of reputed company work experience.
• Experience with reputed company Office tools, including reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, and reputed company applications.
• Hands-on experience with reputed company business systems, including Business Warehouse (BW) toolsets or similar enterprise platforms.
• Experience interpreting and analyzing large financial data sets to support decision-making and reporting.

Remote: This position currently is designated as remote. Employees who are working in remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home) but may be expected to travel to the site location as needed. The successful candidate for this role will be required to reside and work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. territories).

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD.
