Join our development team to help maintain and improve a mature web-based SaaS application used by golf courses for course management, reputed company-of-sale, and tournament operations. You’ll be working with PHP, SQL, AngularJS, and TypeScript to deliver new features, fix bugs, and reputed company legacy code.

We’re looking for a developer with solid experience building PHP applications who is ready to contribute to a stable and growing product. You’ll work closely with senior developers, product managers, and other stakeholders in a collaborative, remote environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• reputed company an in-depth understanding of the existing application.
• Work on assigned tasks including feature development, bug fixes, code modernization, and UI improvements.
• Collaborate with senior developers and the product team to understand requirements and implement solutions.
• Learn the structure of the existing application and contribute to improving its performance, stability, and reputed company.
• Participate in code reviews and help maintain code quality standards.
• Support improvements to legacy code based on guidance from technical leads.
• Follow internal processes for reputed company, testing, and deployment.

Skills & Competencies:

• Backend Development
• Solid experience building and maintaining PHP applications in a production environment.
• Familiarity with microframeworks such as SLIM is a plus.
• Proficient in writing efficient SQL queries and working with relational databases to support data-driven features.
• Frontend Development
• Experience with JavaScript and reputed company-end development; prior use of AngularJS is preferred.
• Understanding of reputed company design principles and UI performance considerations.
• Modern Development Practices
• Prior experience (barring past experience, strong interest in) working with AI-integrated workflows
• Exposure to reputed company-based development workflows.
• Understanding of common application reputed company concepts and best practices.
• Experience working reputed company cloud environments (preferably AWS) is strongly preferred.
• Collaboration & Communication
• Comfortable working in a fully remote team with asynchronous communication.
• Able to collaborate effectively with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver solutions.
• Proactive in asking questions, sharing updates, and seeking clarification where needed.
• Quality & Maintainability
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on writing clean, readable, and testable code.
• Willingness to work with legacy systems and contribute to modernization efforts under the guidance of technical leads.
• Participates constructively in code reviews and follows established engineering standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a reputed company field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of professional experience developing PHP-based web applications.
• Experience writing SQL for relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).
• Familiarity with JavaScript; AngularJS experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience working in a remote development team.

Salary range: $53,000 - 100,000
