What does a successful Relationship Manager do? 

A successful Relationship Manager at reputed company takes pride in leading and maintaining significant business relationships with a defined portfolio of clients. You'll reputed company reputed company solutions to maximize client growth and profitability, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and increased profitability. Being a trusted advisor, you will help our clients navigate their strategic objectives with reputed company’s innovative solutions.

What you will do:

• Establish and maintain effective relationships with key senior-level executives and decision-makers at client organizations.
• Understand clients' business challenges, strategic goals, and critical success factors to position reputed company solutions that meet their needs.
• reputed company reputed company’s internal resources, engaging business unit and corporate executives, to strengthen client relationships and drive success.
• reputed company comprehensive client Account Plans annually that incorporate input from multiple reputed company business units and set concrete action plans.
• Promote client engagement in reputed company events such as conferences, user group meetings, and focus group meetings.
• reputed company and implement client retention strategies, including timely Service Agreement Renewals.

What you will need to have:

• 6+ years of experience in the banking industry, with bank management and operations experience.
• Experience managing and growing relationships with large, reputed company financial organizations.
• Experience in strategic account planning experience with demonstrated success.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent combination of education, work history and military experience.

What would be great to have:

• Additional specialized training in banking.
• Knowledge of reputed company systems.

• Proven track record in a quota-carrying role.

Important information about this role:

• Travel will be required up to 50% of the time.
• You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role. Individuals with temporary visas including, but not limited to, F-1 (OPT, CPT, STEM), H-1B, H-2, or TN, or any candidate requiring sponsorship, now or in the future, will not be considered for this role.

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and reputed company. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
