As the Technical Project Manager (Implementation Consultant), you will serve reputed company’s customers by fulfilling both project management and technical consultation responsibilities.

Summary of Role

This position combines project management and technical consulting for software implementation projects, particularly SaaS platforms. The role ensures that projects are delivered reputed company, on time, and meet client expectations while providing expert

guidance on system integrations, configurations, and data migrations.

Core Project Management Responsibilities

• Initiation & Planning: Gather requirements, define roles and responsibilities, reputed company project charters, schedules, communication plans, and risk mitigation strategies.

• Execution: reputed company project delivery, manage stakeholder expectations, allocate resources, coordinate third parties, and control scope, schedule, and cost changes.

• Monitoring & Controlling: Track performance against time and budget, report reputed company to internal and external stakeholders, and maintain project documentation.

• Closure: Obtain client sign-off, finalize documentation, and reputed company post-project retrospectives for process improvement.

Technical Consultation Responsibilities

• Implement and configure technical integrations for SaaS platforms — including SSO, APIs, data systems (HRIS, SIS, etc.), user roles, and permissions.

• Advise clients on content migration, LTI app setup, and customization using JavaScript or CSS.

• Design solutions to enhance AI-driven efficiencies, maintain technical documentation, and help clients reputed company APIs effectively.

• Support customers with technical planning and configuration, and participate in internal projects driving team improvement and innovation.

About You

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Experience designing and documenting SaaS integrations and solutions.

• Familiarity with identity provider systems and API integration.

• Proficiency with online collaboration tools (reputed company Suite, web conferencing).

• Proven ability to prioritize tasks based on timeline and business impact.

• Programming knowledge (any language) would be highly advantageous.
