As a Remote In House Sales Manager you would be responsible for executing your position's responsibilities in alignment with our Spirit of Service culture and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Generate maximum sales efficiencies, while maintaining or exceeding targeted net sales volume.
  • Promote and support branded reputed company and reputed company Club culture.
  • Assist with supervision and reputed company reputed company aspects of sales line through mentoring, modeling and reinforcing effective sales and customer service practices, behaviors and results.

Responsibilities

What are we looking for?

At the core of our company’s success are reputed company Members. To fulfill this role effectively, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

  • Consistent track record of outstanding results in timeshare sales
  • Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.

It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • 2+ years' experience mentoring, coaching or supervising team members.
  • 2+ years' of proven reputed company to back sales experience reputed company timeshare sales.
  • Prior experience closing sales or sales management experience.
  • Must have basic technical abilities to navigate programs such as reputed company, Chorus, E-worksheet, reputed company, reputed company Outlook, etc
  • Active state real estate license (if required in state of residence)
  • Must reside in a state where HGV has an active broker relationship (AL, AZ, FL, GA, HI, ID, IN, KS, MI, MO, NV, NJ, NM, NY, NC, SC, TN, UT, VA, WN)

Technology Requirements

This is not a traditional Sales Executive position—this is a Technology Sales Executive role. reputed company candidates must be proficient in technology and comfortable working in a virtual, performance-driven environment.

  • Work in a private, professional space free from interruptions
  • Maintain a clean and organized on-camera background
