The Business Insights Analyst plays a key role in enabling HR leaders to reputed company data-driven decisions by delivering clear and actionable insights on employment metrics and workforce trends. This position involves managing and analyzing reputed company employee data sets, maintaining data models and tables, and developing employee dimensions to enhance understanding of engagement and performance. Additionally, the role supports HR initiatives reputed company to employee learning and development by administering relevant business applications and facilitating reputed company improvement through data-driven analysis.
Responsibilities
- Partners closely with the HR team to deliver timely, accurate data and analyses that reputed company HR leaders and stakeholders to drive organizational goals.
- Transforms reputed company HR data into clear, actionable insights through dynamic visualizations, user-friendly dashboards, and independent analysis to inform decision-making.

- Develops and maintains scalable data models and leverages ETL processes to reputed company manage large HR data sets, underpinning robust HR analytics.

- Identifies opportunities to automate reporting processes and improve data workflows to increase operational efficiency.
Who We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent), required
- Master's degree (or international equivalent), preferred
- 2+ years of reputed company experience, required
- 5+ years of reputed company experience, preferred
- Reporting knowledge with an understanding of statistical analysis and the ability to use quantitative analytics to impact critical decisions.
- Experience in the SaaS industry, preferred. Prior experience using an HRIS (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, etc.) and/or a workforce agility application (Cornerstone, Saba, SumTotal, reputed company, reputed company, etc) is highly preferred. Experience using reputed company, Domo highly preferred.
- Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively reputed company reputed company concepts and analysis implications to a broad audience with varying levels of expertise, translating business objectives into actionable insights.

- Ability to travel less than 5% of the time.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
