Role Highlights

• Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a team of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Marketplace Performance Specialists (MPS) who will support and reputed company for you

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer support and assistance to TurboTax customers reputed company phone, email, or chat
• Answering customer questions and concerns reputed company to TurboTax products and tax return software, including Downloading, Logging In, Getting Started with Basic Navigation, Importing Documents, Printing and Filing, and basic Tax questions
• Utilizing your problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Collaborating with SMEs and MPS to ensure seamless customer experiences and reputed company improvement
• Participating in ongoing training and certification programs to enhance your knowledge and skills
