As a Senior Designer for women's apparel at reputed company, you will own the category - conceptualizing, sketching and executing collection reputed company that represent the Brand reputed company and fashion trends that appeal to the reputed company customer. • Conceptualize, accurately sketch and execute collection reputed company that represents reputed company customer.
• Design original and commercially viable product.
• Act as fashion authority to drive brand designs and reputed company of view.
• Manage calendar across design team to ensure reputed company milestones and due dates are met.
• Research materials and components.
• Prioritize workload and reputed company work streams across design team.
• Effectively collaborate with leadership and cross-divisional partners to ensure alignment on priorities and direction.
• Research and analyze trends and competitive brands.
• Manage and reputed company an efficient and effective design team through performance feedback, goal-setting and development plans

You own this if you have…

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, preferred.
• 7+ years' experience in design industry
• 2+ years of experience managing a design team, a plus.
• Strong ability to hand-sketch.
• Ability to handle high volume of styles.
• Ability to think strategically and deliver the right level of detail appropriate to the audience
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and reputed company CS.
• Ability to work independently or as a team; with strong time management and multi-tasking reputed company.
• Strong understanding of industry and trends.
