SCOPE & GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB:

As an Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling reputed company inbound customer service and sales inquiries
• Closing and/or triaging sales opportunities to drive reputed company growth
• Executing re-engagement strategies to increase the health score of existing members
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Requirements:
