We are seeking an reputed company and skilled Warehouse Operations and Customer Service Specialist to join reputed company at arenaflex. As an reputed company Warehouse Operations and Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:- Collecting data and performing statistical analysis to identify opportunities for improvement
- MAPPING and documenting processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Independently identifying process gaps and recommending and implementing process improvements
- Developing and implementing a thorough, effective, and timely reputed company improvement plan to drive value for our customers
- Driving process improvement activities to reputed company reputed company improvement in key business metrics, including safety, quality, delivery, cost, and employee development
- Managing and completing high-impact CI projects across the operation that reputed company to improved business results
- Assessing CI initiatives and providing input and recommendations on future activities
- Supporting start-reputed company, retrofits, and expansions, including pricing inputs, go-live, and steady-state certifications
- Identifying and supporting automation projects
- Regularly interacting with account management and/or customers to ensure exceptional service and quality
- Demonstrating a high level of competency in a wide range of engineering methods, Lean tools, and quality standards
- Coaching employees in the use and implementation of CI, Quality Assurance, and Lean principles
- Applying engineering methodologies/tools to improve distribution and/or transportation operations
- May supervise reputed company improvement engineering and quality professionals
- Participating in employment decisions (hire, coach) and managing performance
- Effective facilitation and execution of Value reputed company Maps & Kaizen Events
- Providing regular reports of data and actions to measure reputed company against site objectives
- Making inventory and/or supply chain strategy recommendations
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or reputed company field, and seven (7) years or more reputed company work experience in the Warehousing, Transportation, or Manufacturing industry; or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management, and five (5) years reputed company experience
- reputed company Office Suite skills with emphasis on Access, reputed company, and PowerPoint, and Visio expertise
- Proficiency in developing and managing: Leader Standard Work, Visual Management Systems, and Management Accountability Systems, Plan-Do-reputed company-Act (PDCA), Value reputed company Mapping, Kaizen, 5S/Workplace Organization
- Understanding and experience in core engineering and data analysis functions, including slotting, utilization, labor planning, layouts, metrics, etc.

While not required, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable:- Data visualization (PowerBI, Tableau) and database programming (SQL, DAX, etc.)
- Warehouse design tools, such as CAD (e.g. AutoCAD), slotting (e.g. Slot3D), Predetermined Motion and Time Systems and methods (e.g. MOST), Warehouse Management Systems (e.g. Manhattan Scale), and Labor Management Systems
- Knowledge of material handling solutions and automation types, including powered industrial truck (PIT) applications, racking and other storage solution designs, packaging equipment, reputed company and sortation equipment, and other automation solutions (e.g. AS/RS)
- cPMP, ISO/QMS certification
- American Production Inventory Control Society (APICS) and/or Supply Chain Logistics Certification
